This breakfast will send you to heaven before you even had the time to wake up
small cooking pot
1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
1/2 cup almond milk (or other vegetable milk)
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp RAW cacao
pinch of salt
1/2 cup raw almonds
1 tsp coconut fat
maple syrup to taste
Bring the almond milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the quinoa and salt and cook for 15 minutes or so until quinoa is fully cooked. Add the cacao powder and sugar.
Taste if it needs more salt, sugar or cacao.
In a small pan, melt the coconut fat and bake the pear over medium heat.
Serve the warm quinoa with the caramelized pear, add the raw almonds and pour some maple syrup over it.
Also delicious with coconut milk and any other nuts.
