Quesadillas

Quesadillas are really easy to make. I often eat them for lunch and you can put a lot of different things between this crunchy tortillas. Today I’m showing you two fillings, but don’t be shy to experiment yourself.

MATERIAL

non-stick pan

FIRST QUESADILLA

Vegan cream cheese
some figs
fresh spinach
salt and pepper
small tortillas

SECOND QUESADILLA

vegan mozzarella
tomato in thin slices
a few drops balsamic oil
fresh basil
salt and pepper
small tortillas
Place a large non-stick pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Place 1 tortilla in the pan and fill coat with ingredients of first or second quesadilla. Fold tortilla in half or lay a second one over the first, cook until bottom begins to brown (approx. 2 minutes). Flip and cook until other side is browned as well. Remove from the pan and repeat with remaining ingredients.

TIP

I prefer small tortillas, they are easier to flip.
