Vegan Parmesan

However nutritional yeast is already delicious on your favourite pasta, this golden stuff is even better.


foodprocessor or blender

1/2 cup pinenuts
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup white almonds
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
some salt
1/2 cup nutrional yeast

Combine all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the “S” blade. Pulse until a fine meal forms.
