Chocolate nicecream and raspberry jam

2 frozen bananas in slices
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tbsp RAW cocoa powder
1/3 cup of soy milk / oat milk / almond milk / …


Remove the bananas from the freezer and let defrost for about 15 mins, your blender will thank you for that. Mix the bananas with the milk but do not add all the milk in one time, see how much is needed. And don’t worry, at first it gets really “grainy”, keep mixing, this turns into a nice ice cream!

Then add all the ingredients until everything is well mixed. Taste if the nicecream is sweet enough cause the cocoa powder is quite bitter ….


2 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
3 tbsp of chia seedlings
2 tbsp of hot water
1/2 tsp pure vanilla ( optional)
3 to 4 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup

The raspberry jam is best made in advance, it has to cool for 1 hour.

If you use frozen raspberries, let them thaw completely.
Put together all the ingredients in the mixer and puree until everything is fine. Or to the texture you wish for yourself …
Test if it’s sweet enough and put in the fridge for an hour. The chia seeds absorb the juice ¬†and make sure you get a thicker jam.
Delicious, fast and without refined sugar!


Replace the raspberries with strawberries or any other fruit.
