Banana-chocolate pancakes

Pancakes for breakfast? Yes please! Today, tomorrow and also yesterday ….



food processor or blender

1 ripe banana in slices
3/4 cup oat flakes
1/2 cup soymilk unsweetened
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup / agave syrup / …
pinch of salt

Put everything in the blender and mix long enough so the flakes are as fine as possible. If the batter is still too thick, add a little extra soy milk.

On medium heat, pour equal amounts of batter into a dry or oiled pan. Cook until small bubbles appear or the batter settles, and then flip. Remove from heat when cooked through.

Make a pancake tower smother in maple syrup, strawberries or anything you like and enjoy.
